Nobis’ extensive experience in building hazards and asbestos-related work provides the complete expertise that other firms cannot match.
In our experience, costs for hazardous material removal – including asbestos-containing material (ACM) and other building hazards (such as lead paint, PCB ballasts, mercury light switches, fluorescent lights, etc.) – often exceed the cost for other removal actions and remediation.
Our licensed asbestos inspectors, monitors, and abatement designers are available as part of the redevelopment process for properties.
In addition, Nobis provides the expertise in-house when licensed Asbestos Disposal Site (ADS) workers are required to conduct subsurface investigations and remedial implementation programs (if asbestos-containing materials are known to exist in the subsurface).
Working with qualified waste disposal contractors, Nobis develops accurate cost estimates to plan for remediation and prepare site-specific EPA Cleanup grant applications.
