Why did you chose this path?
I didn’t want to work indoors and I love the outdoors.Do you wish to share anything about your family/friends?
I am still in contact with many of my high school and college friends, and my girlfriend and I actually went to high school together, although we didn’t date back then. What do you do outside of work?
I have a passion for motorcycles and aviation. After college I took the summer off and obtained both my airplane and helicopter license, and I have been flying on and off for the past 10 years. I have a small motorcycle collection, and I generally ride thousands of miles a season, both on the road and up at the track at Loudon. Last year I rode out to Indianapolis and put close to 2500 miles on my bike in one long weekend. Music is big on my list as well. I played keyboards in a band out of the Fitchburg area, and we played all over New England as well as NYC and Philly. We won best live act in Worcester 2 years in a row, been on Boston Radio, and actually played at Gillette Stadium at Patriots games.
What are some things that most people wouldn’t know about you?
I have a knack for Halloween costumes. I’ve won money for my renditions of a Slim Jim and a toilet (two separate costumes)
Why did you choose Nobis?
Several of my co-workers from my former job came over to Nobis before I did. They had nothing but good things to say, and Nobis really seemed like a nice place to work. Also, it doesn’t hurt that my commute is only minutes from door to door.
What are you working on right now?
Mostly Massachusetts Contingency Plans (MCP), some absestos related projects, Environmental Site Assessments, and a few Immediate Response Actions (IRAs) and Remedial Action Outcome (RAO).
