A Joint Venture between Nobis Engineering, Inc. and Mabbett & Associates, Inc. of Bedford, MA has been awarded a five year on-call contract by the New England District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide remediation services throughout the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions.
