Performed wetland delineations on a 325-acre parcel, located next to the Manchester Cedar Swamp. Nobis’ Certified Wetlands Scientist conducted the Wetlands Function and Values Assessment using the Highway Method, vernal pool documentation, wildlife habitat assessments and helped to negotiate conservation easements on this regionally valuable and ecologically sensitive site.
