Conducted a confirmatory asbestos and hazardous material survey in five abandoned buildings. Hazardous materials included bottom ash, abandoned drums and above ground storage tanks (ASTs), PCB containing transformers, and PCB light ballasts.

Multi-Site Assessment, Concord, Sutton, Middleboro, MA
Multi-site assessments using the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) guidelines. The four sites required rapid turnaround during the winter with follow-up visits after the snow melted to assess for anything that may have been covered during the initial assessment.

Phase I Site Investigation and Tier Classification, Former Boston City Hospital, Mattapan, Boston, MA

Provided a Phase I Site Investigation and Tier Classification under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) with subsurface exploration of soil and groundwater. This portion of a larger old demolished city hospital facility has soil contamination consisting of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and metals.

Limited Asbestos Survey, Salem, MA

Quick turnaround, interior asbestos assessment of a portion of the Salem facility.

North Street/Bridge Street Ramp Re-Alignment, Salem, MA
Conducted geotechnical investigation, settlement analysis of marine clays and prepared a geotechnical data report for the re-alignment of North Street.
