As part of the Bolling Military Housing Improvement and Replacement Project, Nobis was selected by Benham Companies to provide Master Planning Services. The Master Plan mission was for USAF to demolish 802 existing housing units and to provide 424 new housing units and new infrastructure. Nobis provided current and future development analysis for both interim and long-range planning. Important planning goals included updating infrastructure and revitalizing housing neighborhoods, improving current utility function, and identifying optimum land uses.
