Capital Commons Office Building and
Municipal Parking Garage
Concord, NH
In a joint-venture between Capital Commons, LLC and the City of Concord, Nobis provided site engineering services for the signature project at the former Sears Block location. The site consisted of a vacant lot, municipal parking, and an active city street. The project comprised of design of a new six-story office/retail building and 510-car municipal parking garage.
