Elementary School Consolidation Plan

As a subcontractor to Harriman Associates, Nobis prepared site plans and cost estimates for expansions to Conant and Kimball Schools as part of the district-wide elementary school consolidation plan. The Conant School plan involved a two-story, 26,000 square foot expansion, and the Kimball School plan involved a three-story, 60,000 square foot expansion. In both cases, Nobis evaluated site layout, parking, pedestrian and vehicle access, and recreational space. A subsurface geotechnical evaluation was also performed by Nobis at both sites. Final site plan renderings were prepared by Nobis for presentation at multiple school board meetings and public hearings.
