Nobis provided civil and geotechnical engineering services for a 30,000 square foot, LEED Silver certified, academic building on the 4,000 student community college campus. In addition to engineering services for the building and surrounding infrastructure, work included conducting a flood study, preparing a circulation master plan for the campus, and design of satellite parking areas.
