Nobis provided civil site/land development services for the renovation of an existing building and the construction of parking for the Boston Collegiate Charter School. The project involved renovation of a 3.5-story, 9,320 square-foot brick building constructed in the early 1900s and construction of a multi car parking area for the Charter School. Nobis coordinated related permitting through the Boston Redevelopment Authority and the Boston Water and Sewer Commission.
