Capital Commons Office Building and Municipal Parking Garage, Concord, NH
In a joint venture between Capital Commons, LLC, and the City of Concord, this signature project in Downtown Concord consisted of designing a new 100,000 square foot, six-story office/retail building and 510-car municipal parking garage. The site was previously an abandoned multi-story building, municipal parking, and an active city street.
