Concord, NH
Nobis provided engineering design services for Concord Area Trust for Community Housing (CATCH) for an 86 unit multi-family and elderly housing development, located on an 8-acre parcel in the City of Concord, New Hampshire. The LEED certified development included four multi unit buildings located in an undeveloped area within the City’s urban boundary adjacent to a former municipal landfill. Work included extension of approximately 1,500 feet of public roadway and municipal utilities as well as design of a barrier system to prevent migration of methane gas from the adjacent landfill, into the buildings.
