Nobis Engineering provides civil site engineering design services and geotechnical evaluation for several multi-family developments owned and operated by Winn Residential. Winn Residential, based in Boston, Massachusetts, currently owns and operates over 40,000 multi-family units in the United States.
The most recent project at New Orchard Hills Estates in Oxford Massachusetts has spanned the past 5 years. In 2006, Nobis prepared a Capital Improvements Plan for the 20 Building, 140 Unit Complex. As funding has become available, Winn has retained Nobis to design, and manage the construction of infrastructure improvements including, flooding mitigation/control, groundwater seepage controls, rehabilitation of sanitary sewer and storm water systems, and rehabilitation of pavements and walkways throughout the site.
